Hawaii OBGYN Cares is a private practice that is dedicated in providing health care to women.

This practice was founded by Dr. Hong-Ru Chen in December of 2013, when retired Dr. Rosemarie Chang selected Dr. Chen to take care of her patients.

Our primary office is at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu. For our patients' convenience, a second office is located at Pearlridge Mall in Aiea.
